How The Accelerator Works

1) Understanding

We spend time with managers and leaders diving into the specific challenges that exist (e.g. 1:1s with all managers) and understanding your specific company context.

2) Designing

We design the 6-week programme of workshops, 1:1 coaching and daily support around the specific skills your managers need. We’ll align it to your company operating model, values and goals.

3) Delivering

We deliver the programme. Managers have specific actions each week aligned to the challenges they face now. This allows them to make progress on their challenges right away.
