We meet 1:1 remotely and go through your challenge. I’ll ask questions to understand the problem, context and how you’ve thought about it.

Some FAQs…

What kind of problems can I bring?

Literally anything that is related to management that doesn’t fall into HR territory (see below!).

It could be related to a tricky conversation you need to have, feedback issues, problems with your own manager, difficulties managing someone else, or performance issues in your team.

It could be you’re not sure what you’re doing. Which is totally normal!

What’s not suitable to discuss?

I won’t be able to discuss anything that is disciplinary in nature, HR grievances (e.g. complaints made), legal disputes, or mental health related issues (I’m a coach, not a therapist!).

Why is it free?

I launched this an experiment September-October 2025. My Manager Coaching Programme and Manager Accelerator are paid for services, but I’m keeping this free so that line managers who can’t access support via an L&D budget or their company are not excluded from seeking one-off help.
