How The Programme Works
Baseline and Goals
I spend time with you understanding your context and where you are at. We establish your manager baseline and set clear goals for the next three months.
Bi-Weekly Sessions
I meet with you every second week for an hour. Each 1:1 session is tailored around your goals, and you’ll leave with actions to complete before the next session.
Ongoing Support
I provide online support between sessions. You’ll get a manager handbook, tools tailored to your specific scenarios and 2x 1:1 sessions after the 3-months end.
